The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) process can be easily adapted to a wide range of different organizational scenarios as a means for exploring existing challenges and exploring previously unseen issues and connections. By working closely with the session facilitator, your LSP event is custom designed to meet your objectives.

Below are some examples of LSP sessions that address a wide range of topics.

Organizational Vision

Challenge: Are we confident that we truly understand and agree to the organizational vision?

Solution: Using LSP, participants first explored individual interpretations of the organization's vision and ensured everyone had an opportunity to express their ideas and opinions in a safe, fun, interactive environment. 

Then, working together as a team, participants "merged" their models and worked together to create a shared vision that everyone could understand and support.

Organizational Guiding Principles

Challenge: the client was a "Practice" or "Center of Excellence" responsible for providing dedicated, forward deployed subject matter experts. However, there was little opportunity for these deployed team members to connect regularly and ensure they are aligned on common goals and objectives.  

Solution: using the LSP process, we designed a session that allowed Practice members to reflect on their current roles and recognize the similarities with their peers serving other teams. We then worked to define a set of common "Guiding Principles" that the team adopted for use with all customers, ensuring consistency of service delivery and engagement.
